Terms

Terms of use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the iNet customer app (“the app”) or this website, both run by INET COMMUNICATION, Karur, Tamil Nadu (“iNet”, “we”). By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Your app account

You sign in to the app with your mobile number and a one-time code we send to it. Use only a number that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use for the connection. Keep your phone and login codes private; anything done in the app after a successful sign-in is treated as done by you.

2. Your internet service

Your internet connection is governed by your subscription agreement with iNet, including the Customer Application Form (CAF) you signed, our plan terms and applicable TRAI and Government of India rules. The app and website are tools to view and manage that service; they do not change the agreement. If these terms conflict with your subscription agreement on anything about the connection itself, the subscription agreement applies.

3. Using the app and website properly

  • Give accurate details, including GST details if you ask for GST invoices.
  • Do not try to access another customer’s account or data.
  • Do not misuse, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the app, website or our systems.
  • Do not use them for anything unlawful.

We may suspend app access if these rules are broken.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway (CCAvenue) or through a payment link from our billing system. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with the payment provider, and their terms also apply. A payment is complete only after the provider confirms it. If you are charged but your account is not updated, contact us with the payment reference.

5. Store, offers and rewards

Store orders, offers, loyalty points and referral rewards are subject to availability and to the conditions shown in the app. They have no cash value unless we say otherwise, and they are removed if you delete your app account.

6. Availability

We work to keep the app and website running, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, error-free or up to date. Information such as usage figures and speed-test results is indicative. For anything important, our billing records and your subscription agreement apply.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, iNet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy. You can delete your app account at any time; see Delete your iNet app account.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the app or website after a change, the updated terms apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Karur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
