- Crash reports: if the app hits an error, it sends a short technical report (error message, screen name, app version, phone platform and OS version). Email addresses, phone-like numbers and access tokens are removed before sending, and removed again on our server. These reports are only written to our server logs. They are not stored in our database and are not linked to your account.
Data from our ISP billing system
Your internet subscription is managed in iNet’s ISP billing system (Jaze ISP Manager, run by iNet). The app shows information from it, such as your connection and plan, data usage, invoices and payments, and support tickets. You can also use the app to raise support tickets and pay bills. This information is part of your internet service with iNet, not part of your app account.
When you use this website
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive your mobile number, the email address if you give one, and the plan you are interested in, so that we can contact you about a connection. If you use the chat on this website, we receive the messages you type.
What the app does not use
The app does not ask for access to your location or contacts. It asks for notification permission so it can send you service alerts, and you can turn this off at any time in your phone settings. The app does not include advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell your personal data.
3. How we use your data
- To sign you in and keep your session secure.
