Why we started
We've spent years watching customers get bounced between front-line support, escalation queues, and outage status pages that always say "issue is being investigated" for problems we already knew about. That model treats internet as a product. We think of it as infrastructure — like water or electricity — and you don't put your water utility on a chatbot.
What we do differently
